Can we restrict access to your tool?
Several configuration options are available: you can enable single sign-on (SSO). You can also choose whether or not to grant access to each tab—including the settings tab—for each of your administrative staff members.
Can we maintain control over employee information in email signatures?
Yes, there is a "self-service" option that can be enabled or disabled, allowing employees to update their own information or not. You can choose which fields you want to allow your employees to edit.
Does Boost My Mail allow you to link to the groups in your Microsoft or Workspace directory?
Yes, Boost My Mail allows you to use existing groups from your Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 directories. For obvious reasons, access to your directory and groups is read-only.
